Duke (Durham) Swim Meet

As you know, this year we have had issues acquiring the Taishoff Aquatics Pavilion at Duke University. We have been able to find another location to host our meet. The information below is up-to-date as of May 18th 2024.

The meet will be held on Sunday, May 19th at Hope Valley Farms YMCA located at 4818 S Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27713.

The pool is outdoors and heated. Please enter the pool area from the lower parking lot as shown in the picture below. There is ample parking!

Although there are numerous shaded areas on the pool deck, I encourage all swimmers to have sunscreen. Hats and shirts are also encouraged. We will be outside for several hours.

There are chairs and benches on the pool deck, spectators are encouraged to bring folding chairs if possible. I think we will be fine, but it never hurts to bring them.

I will keep you posted if the event will be cancelled due to the weather.

Warm-ups: 12:00 pm – 12:20 pm
