How it Works
- The 15-Minute Challenge: Participants have a 15-minute window set to swim as many lengths (laps) as possible, and use any stroke.
- Pledge System: Swimmers collect pledges from friends, family, and the community. Pledges can be:
- Per Length: A dollar amount for every length completed (e.g., $5.00/length).
- Flat Donation: A total contribution for participating.
- Donor Incentive: For any donation of $100 or more, the donor receives a FREE Swim-a-Thon shirt (Youth S–Adult 3XL).
Example (For Pledges)
- If Danny Wever swims 400 yards (16 lengths) and has a pledge of $5.00 per length, the total donation earned is $80.00.
