It is important the athlete be prepared for practice. Please make sure the athlete brings the following items to practice:
- Water bottle – Water or a sports drink to have during practice. If they choose a sports drink, please make sure it is zero or low sugar. What is important is the electrolytes.
- Swim Suit
- Towel(s)
- Deck shoes (optional)
- Goggles
- Swim Cap (if they wear one)
- Change of Clothes
- Toiletry Items (if taking a shower)
- Sneakers (only if doing dryland work – you will be notified)
