What to Bring to Practice

It is important the athlete be prepared for practice. Please make sure the athlete brings the following items to practice:

  • Water bottle – Water or a sports drink to have during practice. If they choose a sports drink, please make sure it is zero or low sugar. What is important is the electrolytes.
  • Swim Suit
  • Towel(s)
  • Deck shoes (optional)
  • Goggles
  • Swim Cap (if they wear one)
  • Change of Clothes
  • Toiletry Items (if taking a shower)
  • Sneakers (only if doing dryland work – you will be notified)
